Coccinelle: wrapper for 'spatch.opt'.

There was already a wrapper for spatch, but not for the optimized version 'spatch.opt'.
Actually, for coccinelle in nixpkgs, I'd propose to only provide the optimized version of
spatch, as it makes no difference for the end user.
