pythonPackage.nipype: fix build

`pythonPackages.prov` has been bumped to `1.5.2`, however `nipype`
pinned `prov` to `1.5.0`. Patching `nipype/info.py` fixes this issue by
bumping to the current `prov` version in nixpkgs.
