Add Handbrake 0.9.9: DVD ripper

This packaging splices off the unfree faac library and forces handbrake
to use the (more recent/patched) versions of libraries in Nixpkgs.
Produces the CLI HandbrakeCLI and optionally the GTK+ version ghb.
