font-manager: 0.7.4.3 -> 0.7.5, fix build

Has fixes for type-argument mismatches in lastest vala etc.

Note that there isn't an offical 0.7.5 release yet (not tagged).
Patching the fixes would have been nicer, but all the changes
touched the translations.
