firefox: build on darwin

Fixes #30285

Some things done:

- Add macOS frameworks needed
- Fix RUST_BINDGEN handling. We need to pass all of NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE
  to rust bindgen
- Add custom install phase for darwin
