pythonPackages.gssapi: 1.5.1 -> 1.6.0 

* fetchFromGitHub
  it's probably best to use source to avoid cython issues.

* correct Inputs declaration

* enable tests

* don't set LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  that was needed for k5test. we hardcode in that package
