e19: updates for 1.14.0

- libraries and applications updated to the latest
- the "elementary getting started" (https://docs.enlightenment.org/auto/elementary/group__Start.html)
  works with just `pkg-config --cflags --libs elementary`
- switched from lua-old to elua
