Revert "gnomeExtension.system-monitor-applet: mark as broken"

This reverts commit b9f3160c.

It builds and runs fine. I'm not sure why it was marked broken in the
first place, I successfully built it on commit b9f3160c. A runtime issue
that was later fixed?
